commercial up fits and numerous renovations and remodeling projects. The

A Passion
for Flying
As a complement to his
business model and for pure pleasure, Scott is a
licensed pilot with two aircraft partially dedicated to
a regional charter group. Frequently Scott flies clients
and professional associates (engineers, architects, and
attorneys) to locations where his construction and
consulting services are needed.

Personal and Community Interests
For many years Scott has been
actively involved in and has supported the efforts of
the Low Country March of Dimes, Habitat for Humanity,
Birds of Prey, Medical University Of South Carolina,
Charleston Intercity Revitalization renovating 13 low
income homes on Meeting Street in downtown Charleston, a
member of the Hibernian Society, The Partridge Society
and on the Board of NUCLEUS since 2005.

in response to the needs expressed by clients for
Construction Forensic Assessment. The company is an
autonomous affiliate of Dow, Inc., offering an

testing services in support of attorney/client concerns.
